Elderberry Syrup

Delicious and immune boosting, this is one of my favorite recipes. 

It’s rich and flavorful. Full of antioxidants. 

Elderberry syrup helps to shorten duration of flu and block the infuenza virus from taking hold. 

Take daily for a health boost, use on pancakes & biscuits, add to cocktails, mocktails and fizzy water.

Kid approved! My daughter says it's "yummy"

Ingredients:
•Elderberries
•rosehips for their antioxidant power and depth of flavor 
•a little cinnamon to warm you
•pinch of licorice root to help kick viral infections
•local honey
